Was a very peaceful stay, I loved this place!

in relation to the excellent price paid, it was simple place to stay with good service. the location of the hotel was marvellous and reasonable - at a walking distance from royal william yard. the property was set in a quiet area.

The location was as expected and quite convenient to get to the heart of Madrid. 🏙️.

Friendly staff, they received us very well at the reception and when we left they told us what to visit and which road to take to continue our journey. beds are very comfortable, two singles together that form a bed of 2 meters, approx. air conditioning was on and despite the heat of the street in August was very good in the room. The shower is very big and bathroom is well equipped.

I liked everything, for saying something that we didn't get the cafeteria open either after dinner or in the morning for breakfast, I don't know if it would be something punctual. From the room you could see the recording of the roof of the ground floor and air machines, not a spectacular view but it is the least because we were very well to spend the night halfway through our trip.

Its location just a pleasant stroll away from Grosvenor Casino Plymouth was particularly good and reasonably priced. The airport was 30 km away...

This place was simple and had friendly, pleasant staff at the front desk. I really enjoyed my stay. My room was a nice size and of great quality, complete with a terrace and a comfy bed, just as promised. ☀️.

We stayed for a week for work purposes.. hotel is renovated from not so long ago. rooms are spacious, with simple but nice decoration and bathroom with a huge shower tray very comfortable for people with reduced mobility. Fantastic cleanliness and perfect location for us who had to go every day to the area where the Alcala fair is located. To emphasize the kindness and treatment of ALL the staff. Lució the owner gave us all kinds of facilities from the first moment, what a gentleman and what a class. Lucia was charming, Mila my fellow countryman was equally charming and Cristian the boy who is in reception exactly like his two classmates. I want to thank you all for the treatment received, it's nice to be in a hotel and feel at home. You are all great!!! If one day I go back to Alcala I will not hesitate to stay there. I recommend it 100% for its location. price and cleanliness, I put a 10 because you can't put a 20.

Everything is perfect

staff, design, breakfast, comfort, location.we chose this hotel based on location and rate. we were looking for a hotel that was halfway between our home on the costa blanca and the ferry port of bilbao. we did not realise that we had chosen the town that was the birthplace of cervantes, the author of don quixote. so we had a history trip as well as a stopover. a good chice for us

Very kind and friendly staff. Clean room. Affordable breakfast prices. Close to Casa de Cervantes. Convenient bus to Madrid.

All was perfect.

private parking on-site was provided. a reasonable base for exploring alcalá de henares. we greatly enjoyed staying at cisneros. location, an easy walk to all attractions.

The staff were very friendly and spoke very good English. They were also very helpful whenever I needed directions or taxis. The hotel was not much to look at from the outside, but the rooms were a very good 3 star standard on the inside.

The breakfast was was not what I was expecting. It would normally include cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, etc. but these were not provided. Just bread and butter. Beware that it is about a 20 minute walk to the centre. This can be quite annoying until I realised that there are very few hotels closer to the centre than this. I would have been nice to have an information pack in the room as well as an English tv station.

Great location in the city center! I had a nice time staying here, and the staff was super friendly and helpful 😊 Don't forget to check out Brasbeer nearby for some awesome meals!

This was my second stay after several years. It is still a great choice, a budget hotel with very friendly staff, a short walk to the old town of Alcala de Henares. Recommended.

Breakfast is a bit basic and the same every day. But then this is a budget hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had a great terrace. Good access to motorway and free safe parking. Nice modern rooms with good parking facilities. Internet was not working, but fixed promptly the next morning.
